Before returning any item, customers must provide clear photographs of the item and its packaging and receive written return authorization.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense. -
Refund Method & Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit where allowed.
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process once approved. -
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Customers must use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. -
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.
