    Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. All orders include free shipping.

    1. Order Processing Time
      Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

    2. Shipping & Delivery Times
      We ship all orders free of charge. Estimated delivery times are:

    • Domestic Shipping: 2–7 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or unforeseen events.

    1. Tracking Information
      Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

    2. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
      Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense.

    3. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
      Once your order is handed to the carrier, it is considered in transit. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. Customers should contact the carrier directly for claims. We will assist when possible.

    4. International Shipping & Customs
      International orders may be subject to customs inspections and additional fees. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs clearance requirements. If a package is returned or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees, a refund may not be issued.

    5. Order Changes & Cancellations
      Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately. We will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

    6. Damaged Shipments
      If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
